Alliance Home Builders, LLC was founded in 2016 by Nashville Native, Ryan Durr. Utilizing his experience as a commercial superintendent and project manager, his dedication to the craft provides clients with fully customized spaces suited to their needs.

Specializing in bespoke new construction, speculative residences, and renovations, Alliance Home Builders, LLC has left its mark across the Midstate. From rooftop decks overlooking Downtown Nashville to the Historic Overlay of Downtown Franklin, Alliance has experience in a variety of settings.

With more than a decade of experience, Ryan has managed and overseen millions of dollars in construction. In this time the process has been honed, providing the client with a smooth, transparent experience. From conception to completion, Alliance defines, quantifies and executes the details.
