We take in existing space in your home and give it a makeover.

Your renovation comes with a 1-year warranty on materials and labor provided by Alliance Home Builders. If a concern or a problem arises, we will be there to address it. 

In the beginning, we will take a high-level approach. If starting from scratch, we will connect you with the architect we feel will suit your needs. We will get our arms around the project, taking various aspects into consideration. On a custom home, lot size, lot shape and setbacks will provide us with parameters. We will consider your daily life and the needs of your family. Layouts, square footage, and exterior appearance will be addressed, all while keeping your budgetary requirements at the forefront.

If you have already done the front-end work and your plans are complete, we will begin by constructing a detailed budget, quantifying the decisions that have been made. Our subcontractors will become familiar with your project. They are specialists in their respective fields and will help piece the puzzle together. You will be part of this process. In this stage, we will inform you of the details and their cost. It is imperative that you are made aware of the information we have generated. You may be comfortable with every detail, but you may also decide to change things at this point.

Construction has the potential to be painfully slow and inefficient, fraught with expensive surprises and change-orders. We are not interested in this model as this model will not earn your reference. We prefer to implement our streamlined process which keeps difficulty and stress at bay.

Once the design is complete and the budget is solidified, we begin. We will be in constant communication with each other through the construction process. You’ll have many questions as we go along, and we will be there to answer all of them. Month after month, you will see your dream realized. You will watch as we transform your thoughts, ideas, and effort into a beautiful structure that others will recognize. At the end, all the work will have paid off. You and your family will move into a home built just for you.
